For all customers

All users who create an account or sign in to Aduvera accept the Terms of Service, including applicable addenda, and Privacy Policy through Aduvera's clickwrap flow. The Terms incorporate the DPA and BAA by reference where they apply, including the rules that govern AI-assisted documentation and public-source evidence-search features.

For customers outside the United States, and other customers that require processor terms

Aduvera's DPA applies where Aduvera processes personal data on behalf of a customer and privacy law requires a processor agreement, including GDPR and UK GDPR style frameworks. It also clarifies the customer-instructed boundary for literature queries that reach public biomedical sources.

For U.S. healthcare customers that require HIPAA terms

Aduvera's BAA applies automatically where a customer is a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA and Aduvera creates, receives, maintains, or transmits PHI on the customer's behalf. Customers should still assess whether each workflow, including evidence-search use, is appropriate for identifiable data.
