Aduvera uses a layered contract structure. End-user clickwrap covers the core website and product terms, while customer data-processing and HIPAA terms are handled through separate organization-level agreements.

All users who create an account or sign in to Aduvera accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy through Aduvera's clickwrap flow.

For customers outside the United States, and other customers that require processor terms

Data Processing Addendum

Aduvera's DPA applies where Aduvera processes personal data on behalf of a customer and privacy law requires a processor agreement, including GDPR and UK GDPR style frameworks.

For U.S. healthcare customers that require HIPAA terms

Business Associate Addendum

Aduvera's BAA is available for eligible U.S. covered entities and business associates that require HIPAA contractual terms for permitted use of the service with PHI.
